Big Jim's Yamba was founded by brothers James and Nic in Yamba, a coastal jewel in the NSW Northern rivers. A curiosity for all foods jarred, pickled, preserved and fermented is the foundation upon which this little organisation was built. We draw inspiration from the past to bring the people scrumptious and healthy goods, made with the finest local ingredients.
